Frame rate beats max settings
If your frame rate collapses in Upward interiors, no sensitivity tip will save you. Prioritize a stable FPS and readable shadows over maximum eye candy. Many strong players lower clutter so RED and BLU silhouettes pop sooner.
Test changes in a quiet pub before locking them for serious matches.
Audio is still a cheat code
Footsteps, uber charge, and cart rolling often matter more than a tiny graphics slider. Use headphones. Keep voice chat from drowning game audio.
Then, if you still want information tools, open TF2 Cheats and keep overlays quiet.
